I cant setup windows 7 tried 19 times formatted c drive what can I dp

I have tried to setup windows 7 and now when I enter the installation disk a black screen appears and asks to press a button to boot from cd or dvd after pressing a button starting widow screen appears and nothing happens I formatted c when I was frist trying to setup windows now what can I do to setup windows

Is this a factory disk or a burned dvd?
It sounds like its burned and defective so you may want to try again and burn a a slower speed or use Microsofts tool to create a bootable usb flash drive.
