Asus Z87 Expert - Q Code 99

I was having problems with my NIC and was told to removed the lithium battery and leave it for 10 minutes and boot it again.

Now the system is back together when i press the ON button it boots for a few seconds then turn off and back on and shows the Q Code 99 which means Super IO Initialisation.

Any help on how to fix my PC?

Have you tried another CMOS battery?
