how many of the 4d36e965-e325-11ce bfc1-08002be10318 files should be in my desktop with xp

I found this link asking exactly what I wanted to know but found no answer. I keep getting the message D;\ not accessible invalid operation (?). I went to remove the filters as suggested everywhere and found that I had 24 of the 4D36D965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 files!
With my severely computer challenged mind, I would think I should only have one, not 24.
Anyone here got an idea to clear my fog?

The GUID for a CD/DVD drive is: 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318. As far as I know there should only be one entry that matches that GUID. I looked but could not find any information on "4D36D965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318".
Does each entry contain identical information?
