i would build my own but the time it takes for parts to be delivered and so on is too much hassle for me.

Any advice would be much appreciated

I would get the 2nd one (has the unlocked cpu, more hdd, better psu, etc). however, the 1st build has a better gpu and sdd so it's kind of a win win with both systems.

Seems like you live in England? I had no trouble getting my items, they all arrived on the same day but each to his own I guess.

For both systems the GPU + CPU is not gonna do you any good, they'll lag on a lot of games when it comes to recording. Livestreaming? Idk, but I assume it's the same issue.

The mobo on the first one only supports one GPU, meaning if you want to upgrade purchasing a second 7790 is not an option.

The PSU also seems overkill for that system, but it gives future headroom.

Also the RAM is way to fast for gaming, refer to this please:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/memory-bandwidth-latency-gaming,3409-6.html

The difference between 1,600 and 2,133 is about 0.5 fps, and that's being generous.

The second one has an SSD which is nice, but you could buy one later on I guess since they come with HDD's for now.

Honestly there's not much else, these are two really budget systems for over £600.
