I'm having problems with my CPU getting too hot and causing my computer to stop working at times.

What do you recommend I do to my computer to make it less warm? Should I add another fan or get some water cooling system installed?

I'm also working with a budget of $100 NZ to get this fixed, which should be around $83.03 US and £51.96 GBP.

CPU Info: Intel Haswell Core i7 4770 3.5GHz LGA1150 Processor

I would recommend going with an aftermarket air cooler.
The cooler master hyper 212 evo is always a great solution.

If that wont work for your case, try something lower profile like a noctua l9i.

Always make sure you use good thermal compound like arctic silver 5.

Also, its important to check that there is adequate case airflow, so you may consider adding another fan.

Okay thanks! But how do I figure out if that Cooler Master Fan will work with my desktop?

Just make sure there is enough clearance between the top of the cooler and the case side panel. The cooler is only 37mm tall, so I dont think you will have any issues.
