hi my uncle wants to build a high end professional gaming pc that would last him a long time he is a engineer so u should know what type of parts he needs, he would use it for drafting, rendering photo editing , video editing all those high end stuff i really need your guys help he wants top of the end parts , need it very uregnt

where do you/your uncle live ?
does he wants to overclock the cpu?

does he want to play on 1x1080p monitor or more ?
does he plan to add a second gpu?

all in all a ~1500-2000$ pc should be plenty for him
