resolution problem for led tv

i have lg 45 inch 1080p led but when i play movies through my hdd or mobile they have black border above n lower ,but some videos songs play at 16:9 aspect ratio, but other which are 1080p movies they have this 2:21:1 like aspect ratio, what should i do,when i watch television i can set aspect ratio any i want but when i play through hdd or mobile
option changes ,like video setting, advance setting , audio setting, but i cant see zoom or aspect ratio setting

Not all movies are filmed at 16:9. You're going to get a black border with the ones filmed at a different aspect ratio. Nothing you can do about it.
