Asrock Fatal1ty z87 killer vs msi g65 vs asus z87 plus

Hi, first of all sorry for my english, i would like to know wich mobo is better for an i5 4670k and gtx 770, i really like the Asrock one and its a new mobo, 7.1 sound, and both msi and asrock have killer e2200. It's a good mobo for this micro or would you recommend another?
I would use it for medium OC and for games mostly. Thanks!

The Killer NIC is just a NIC, the Asus and the Rock are both good mobos, I won't build on MSI due to the poor QC, (too many mobo failures), of the two I'd lean towards the Asus Plus which is a good solid mobo, OCs well, handles DRAM well, good BIOS. Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87/Haswells
