What cooling would be best? Is my build okay good or?

I want it to make it cool with leds and all, but i really want it quiet too. um using this spec
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
-ASUS Z87-PRO(V-EDITION), Socket-1150
-Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
-Samsung SSD 840 PROSeries 256GB 2.5" OEM
-Seagate Barracuda® 2TB
-Seasonic SS-1000XP 80+ PLATINUM 1000W
-Intel Core i5-4670K Processor
-EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB Classified CUDA x 2

and i want to place it in a cm stryker. but i really want it to be quiet and cool looking.
Im really looking for help ! and if you got other suggestions i could use that too !
oh and an another question ? would it be worth it to add more fans ? or a fan controller?

more fans will only make it louder. if you have money, go for a custom water cooling loop. looks super cool and is noiseless

i would reccomend you parts from EKWB. good quality, and not made in china
