why wont my laptop download games like ib

You know those games you can download? Like ib or witches house? They wont download they are unsupported or something. Someone help me? Is it the type of laptop or something?

I'm no expert but..
Witche's House and lb are designed for RPG Maker and require the runtime packages(files that tell the engine what to do).
Witches House
