What do you think about this sub $400 PC build?

I'm wondering what you guys(and gals) might change with this build. I currently only have 1 stick of 4GB memory on the list, but I might be adding another stick to have it at 8GB in the future. I would say that this PC isn't for very intense gaming, mainly League of Legends and some Kerbal, but I'm wondering if this build is even capable of playing Battlefield 3 at medium?
