Crossfire 16x/4x or 8x/8x PCIe

Ive got ASRock fatal1ty h87 performance and one card 7850, and I'd like to try crossfire with this motherboaard. But unfortunately my motherboard only has:
• 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16
• 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@4x)

How much I'll lost performance with this motherboard?
Should I get new motherboard with 2 slots PCIe 3.0?
I also wondering, does it work 2.0 crossfire with 3.0, meanwhile my cards are support for 3.0?

yes it will work. Performance not so big difference to 3.0 x16 @ x8,x8 .in crosfirex.
