AA status on the mb led. When switching off fans still run

hi i have a problem with my pc:
Asus P9X79 WS
i7 3820
ram 2 x 4gb 1333mhz
gigabyte 7950 3gddr5
corsair 250gb ssd
win 7 pro 64 bit
when i start it it boot correctly but the leds on the mb says "AA".
All runs correctly until i try to switch it off.
The system shut down and i have black screen but the fans doesn't stop and the only way to switch it off completely is to unplug the power.

I tried to load default setup in the bios but nothing changed.

Any idea for that?!

Is there an USB hub or other USB device than keyboard or mouse connected?

keyboard and mouse as usb.. nothing else...
for the psu 850w one (good brand)
i just build the system from new... so just install windows and drivers... i had this problem from the beginning...

where are the fans connected to?

Check for an Eup or Erp setting in BIOS and enable it.

I activated the Eup setting and put it on Auto mode.
Nothing changed.

Psu: Corsair TX850
Fans: Intel Thermal Solution RTS2011AC connected to the CPU_FAN connector on the mb.

I don't know if the "AA" means something bad and if it is related to the switching off problem but what I see during the boot is:
Several code on the MB Leds during the boot until the "AA" appears at the same time when on the screen I have the Windows Logo with "Starting Windows".

I'm not even sure if its a windows or bios problem...

ps tried to change RAM, RAM speed, graphic card slot

SOLVED
Formatting with the same Win7 and reinstalled all drivers.

Now everything is working.
