I just bought an i5-4670k, asus z87-pro, 16gb ram bundle. I intend to overclock the cpu with air cooling, maybe dabble in ram overclocking but prob minor if at all. My question is how much power am I going to need to overclock compared to stock? in pc part picker it shows my build (with a quadro 4000) is about 350 watts. For stock would 450 be enough? what should I get to overclock?

is there any guide out there that shows how much extra power is used in overclocking?

Thanks
