Yes the specs are decent, you might want to go with a better Graphics card though

The specs are all pretty good with the exception of the Radeon HD 7730, which is pretty weak when it comes to video cards.

And if you are buying a sound card, don't, use on board audio and get yourself a better graphics card. Good luck

Yes if you are new to gaming then there are a ton of amazing older games out there that don't take a super high end machine to play. Good luck and come on back to the forums and ask us some more questions. You can start a thread and send me a private message with a link in case I don't see it
