underclocking hd 7770

So i bought ASUS HD 7770 and i am getting huge bottleneck (cpu usage while gaming is 100%) i have phenom x3 8400 is there any way to underclock gpu and ged rid of bottleneck or maybi oc cpu?

Hi,

You could under clock your CPU with MSI afterburner but it won't improve performance.

What motherboard and power supply do you have?

You could overclock your CPU with your motherboard, however your PSU is weak for your system, AMD recommends a 500w or greater power supply so you're already 100w below that.
