Hello!
I can't find PCI-E 1.0 x16 video cards in my country and I'm wondering if I can put PCI-E 2.0 x16 graphic card in my motherboard it will work and with which type of ram (DDR3 or GDDR5 or with both will work properly?)?

Here is my motherboard:

And this is the card I want to buy because it's small and will fit in this motherboard:

What motherboard are you using - make and model please. GDDR3 and GDDR5 make no difference to your motherboard. The GDDR5 is faster, but either should work properly.

The website of the motherboard you posted if you click "Specifications" on the left and scroll down to expansions it states this:

Slots - 1 x PCI Express x16 slot
- 1 x PCI Express x1 slot
- 2 x PCI slots

So yes it will support it
