OK, my budget's not massive but I was wondering which card would you choose out of;

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-Graphics-Express-Eyefinity-Technology/dp/product-description/B00BP5VCOM/ref=dp_proddesc_0?ie=UTF8&n=340831031&s=computers

OR

http://www.amazon.co.uk/DirectCU-Graphics-Express-Eyefinity-Technology/dp/B008RW2S2Q/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1381671977&sr=8-7&keywords=7770

Or could I go lower in price? .

I would like the capability to run Fraps well, edit and render videos quicker than my integrated graphics, but at the same time it must be quiet and have a efficient power consumption. Will rendering times be improved a new graphics card?

I'm not necessarily looking to do Let's Plays of Crysis 3 or BF3 but having the option would be nice.

I assume this question makes me look like a noob, but it's because I am, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you

My spec:

Asrock H67M-GE
i7 2600k
12GB 1600 Mhz RAM
Integrated 1GB intel graphics
500 watt psu (CIT 500u) - Should I upgrade this too??

First of all, don't go with AMD if you want to be rendering videos.
Rendering time will take less time if you get an Nvidia Graphics card because of it's CUDA technology.
Therefore go for an Nvidia card.
I would go for something along the lines of a GTX 660 or higher. This is because of the things you want to do, you can't really go too cheap otherwise recording while playing games just isn't going to happen.
