4 gaming build - which one is better

Hello everyone. I have prebuilt 4 different custom gaming pc's. I am planning to play games like Battlefield 3,4. Dayz standalone, Arma 3, Crysis 3, bioshock infinite on 1080p, medium-ultra settings. I already have a optical drive and a 1TB HDD and a 550W PSU (I will be upgrading the PSU in a while)

i5 build

- CPU cooler : COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO ($34.99)
- Motherboard : ASRock Z77 Extreme3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 ($109.99)

- GPU : SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100352VXSR Radeon HD 7950 ($259.99)

I am planning to overclock the i5 build. This is also my 2nd choice.

I am planning to overclock the i7 Build. This is my 3rd choice because it is $40 to expensive but I like this build because of the i7. The GPU I am not sure of.

1st AMD build
- CPU : AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz ($199.99)
- CPU cooler : COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO ($34.99)
- Motherboard : ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+ AMD 970 ($89.99)
- RAM : G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 ($84.99)
- GPU : SAPPHIRE 100351SR Radeon HD 7970 ($309.99)

I am not planning to overclock this AMD build (maybe in one year or so(so I think I could lose the CPU cooler for now)). This is my 2nd choice but a little bit to expensive.

2nd AMD build

Price = $756.94
I am planning to overclock is AMD build. This is my 1st choice and perfect in my budget and was my original idea.

I would like to know what you people think of this and where I can improve (my budget is $740 - $765.99). I love to hear of someone who can make a very good build out of this 4 builds in this price range -> $750 - $780. All other notes are more than welcome
