I cant download java after I uninstalled it

I recently uninstalled an old version of java from my computer. I went to java.com to download the latest version but whenever I clicked any download button, it shows this: http://prntscr.com/1x1z3w
Now I can't install java because the link wont even work. My internet is working perfectly fine, nothing is wrong with router or anything. Did I uninstall java in a "wrong" way? I have windows vista and I simply went to programs and features and clicked uninstall. I also tried installing it in firefox and internet explorer but all of them showed an error on opening the link. Before uninstalling it the download link was working. Any thought or suggestions? Thanks in advanced.
