Buying a MOBO for an FX-8350

Hi there . I want to buy a Mobo for an FX 8350 which I would like to OC but not extremely (~4.5 - 4.6) . At the moment I have a Corsair H100 for cooling . I'm thinking about these 2 motherboards :

Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
or
Asrock 990FX Extreme 4

There is not a huge price gap between those two . But I don't know if I should spend a little extra for the Sabertooth or save a buck on the Extreme4. Will the Asrock suit my needs or should I just get the Sabertooth

Sabertooth is one of the top mobos for AM3+, however if you do want to save afew bucks, look at the Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0, OCs well, handles DRAM well, good BIOS....will be happy with either mobo

Well the M5A99FX PRO is not available in my country ) . The Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 goes around 220 $ so I guess im gonna go with that
