z87 deluxe no boot (NOT a discussion)

Hi everybody
I'm building my PC right now and doing the power-on-self-test before mounting my MoBo into the case ,So I connected 24pin and 8pin to my MoBo and HDMI to the screen and then I pressed power button and Q-code led gave me this error message b2 "legacy option rom initialization" heard a single beep from the tiny speaker but nothing appeard on the screen and VGA_LED on the MoBo is still lighting up .

My specs :
CPU : core i5 4670
Motherboard : z87-DELUXE
RAM : Vengeance 8Gb ( 2x4 Gb) CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9
PSU : Antec EA-550 Platinum (550watts)
Graphics Card : No graphics card I don't need since I'm not intrested in gaming and designing

Hi,

Turn off power at AC and remove one memory module. Clear CMOS, an then see if it gets past b2.

Finally someone responding thank you very much , I did what you have told me BUT still same result

1) What kind of monitor is the HDMI output connected to? Is it set to receive input from HDMI? SOme monitors do not auto-switch to HDMI...

2) Are the memory modules clicking in on both sides of the slot? Some people get caught out by the EZ latch and don't press the module home.

3) If that all checks out, remove the CPU from the socket and check for any bent pins.
