power supply recommendation for my setup

My system

I5 3570
Gigabyte B75 D3H
Gtx 650 ti boost 2gb
2X 4gb Corsair 1600
HD 1TB
and a corsair 430 cx builder series

the PSU is enough? I'm not going overclock or change the video card for 1 year or more.

if not enough,any PSU recomendations?(sorry for bad english)

No, some would say you are pushing it. And yes, you won't be able to upgrade or overclock safely while having that PSU. I would say, when your PC goes into full load, your PSU won't cope at all. I suggest 500W at least. (You will be nearing 100% PSU usage if not going over it. Kinda dangerous for your PC's sake.)

I agree with PyjamasCat , although 450watt PSU can also run it because total power requirment of your system if 440watt and you should buy 500watt . Happy Gaming
