Annoying White Noise/Static

Hello, I've never had a problem with static until I got my new computer about 4-5months ago. I used Dre Beats at the time and continued to get this ***** static noise thats in my headphones right now. I got new headphones thinking it was my old ones so i got a pair of Razer Kraken Pros. Still the same noise.

I've plugged the jacks in the back to no success. When audio is playing I can't hear it. Its getting really fucken annoying now. Please help.

When you stop audio, does the noise slowly fade in or quickly snap in? Is there static using these headphones with any other PC/mp3 player? Can you provide a link to your PC specs or type them up?
