I have $1600 for a gaming pc I do not need periphreals or OS and I am looking to buy it this week. I am looking for the best gaming and smoothest performance as I plan on doing youtube and high quality gameplay so I would not like performance to hold me back.

I would like the ultimate budget is too low I heard the 7970 is pretty much the ame thing and he 780 smokes it I was looking for something with a bit more performance and it seems like the case is cheap.
