Deep Freeze Problem!!!

Hello guys my friend has a computer.I go visit him everyday,I noticed that when he reboots his computer all his changes are gone he told he has deep freeze on the computer.I searched up what it did and now i understand its function.I looked for ways to uninstall it,it says something about the system tray.I don't see the icon in the system tray.I entered "Faronics" folder in program files I found it I opened it and it said cannot load configuration.This pissed me off a lot.I disable dfserv in the services,and I cant reactivate it.I dont have the password nor the CD for installation.I need a way to uninstall pleasee.
