I'm not quite sure I understand the question.
If you have or want to run 2400 MHz RAM you'll need a compatible processor and motherboard. If you lack either or, forget it.
Verify that your processor and motherboard are compatible.

Both ^^,
you need to look up a motherboard that can support PC19200 ram frequencies
and as i know at least every FX AMD series processors are supporting those too

though if you just want a high end gaming pc pc12800(16000mhz)CAS9 are usually enough
but thats a completely different topic ;)

Best bet will be Haswell 4670K or 4770K and a good Z87 mobo like the Asus Hero, or possibly Ivy bridge with a 3770K and some 3570Ks and a 1155 mobo like the Rock's Z77 Extreme 4

just dont forget to set it up at 2400 in the bios as they usually set it to the default pc10600.
