First Time HTPC Build: Need advise on budget build

Hello. I am in the stages of planning an HTPC build. I plan on using the HTPC for medium gaming, playing videos, music (from NAS), streaming from net, and watching/recording live TV. Any recommendations and advice on the planned build would be very much appreciated.

I changed out the Pentium with an Athlon. The Athlon has overall better performance versus the Pentium (proof). I also changed out the motherboard for to fit the CPU.

I added an HDD for storage purposes. Those TV shows will take up a lot of room, you will probably need at least a terabyte for your computer stuff plus TV.
