Is this a good graphic for a low-gaming?

AFOX ATI HD5570 PCI-E 1GB DDR3 128bit is this a good graphic gard for low gaming for something like League of Legends and Dota 2( on medium) ? I got AMD Sempron 140 and 2 gb ram, 350W Power Supply and Foxconn A6vmx motherboard. Any suggestions?

Look here. I consider a HD 6670 as a minimum for playing games.

So my answer would be no. It's not a good GPU. Like I sad , the HD 6670 should be a minimum.

What about nVidia GT630 2GB DDR3 128bit? Any good ?

Just take my advice. The GT 630 still isn't on par with the HD 6670.
