i really dont know what happened but the instal wizard is installing something and all the icons are changing to hand brake icons i have tried to cancel but the whole bottom of the page is full of wizards changing things nothing will open. i'm beside myself. my son gave me a computer for christmas last year, he bought from some one he knew. the pass word he gave me never worked, so i just use the computer as visitor, i figured that was safer any way, so i would not mess up the system files. most of the time the computer wont even alow me to install programs. well i found if i clicked on the .exe file i could run the program. somehow i found thehandbrake .exe file and installed it as the startup or something i dont know. i shut off the computer started it up and it is still changing files. please help

No way to help here as we don't know what happened either with the details you gave.

What program did you start to run? Did you try to open a file you could not and selected handbrake to open it with?

I suggest you save your files to an external drive and install a new Windows setup on the computer. Random clicking on things to try to get something working is often very bad for computers. Or anything else for that matter. Look what happens to Homer at the nuclear power plant.
