is my gt220 dead?

i recently installed a used gt220 in my pc upon install i got 2 post beeps meaning first 64 kb ram failure. i restarted my pc and it booted up but the monitor had a bunch of horizontal lines. if i take the card out and use intgrated its fine. any known fixes out there for this? Highly apriciated

Only one known fix - Stop buying bottom-end used cards.

Jeez with a name like gamedominator I would expect at LEAST a Radeon HD 7950...lol

Well I practically got the card for free so no loss there lol. Just wondering if its done for or not or if there is any fix to it.
