How to reduce motherboard
temperature? I tried using a graphic card gtx 650ti
boost.....but everytime i play crysis 3 it
loops and crashes. did a memtest86......no
memory problems. Changed the thermal
paste of the cpu but temps still in the
range of 58C-65C in normal running and idle. The temps of the motherboard in
bios were core temp margin: 25C
motherboard temp: 65C
ICH temp : 86C
MCH temp: 76C is this normal. I removed the graphic card
from the chipset and the above temps
come up on the bios and apps such as real
temp, core temp etc. I tried removing the
ich and mch heatsik but it is fixed and
unremmovable. The motherboard is a DG33FB, 2 GB ram, Q6600 2.4 Ghz
processor, Corsair TX650 W PSU What should i do? :(

ive got a big atx cabinet with proper ventilation.....my processor hs a thermal margin of 40C.....my ich is 85C n mch is 65C nw and mobo temp is 55C.....will this hamper if i try to game after i install my gtx 650 ti boost gc???....i cleaned the whole space up......changed the thermal paste and everything.....gt two fans one blowing air in the cabinet from the from and the other at the rear as an exhaust.

i changed the thermal paste again and got another stock heatsink, a new one still the core temp ranges are between 55-62C in idle and when gaming goes all the way to 80C . added new fans in the case still don't seem to find any difference....the gpu runs pretty cool at 38C in idle and 45C-55C in full load while playing crysis 3 in very high settings
