Pci-e vs Belkin usb dongle

I was just wondering what would be better/faster:
Belkin N1 Wireless USB Adapter F5D8051 v3
or
B-Link 300M WLAN PCI-E card 2.4ghz Model - BL-LW07-A2

I'd go the Belkin USB, the PCI wireless card with antenna out the back can have reception problems from all the power cords to the PSU, Monitor, speakers, etc depending on your setup,,,,and believe the USB is full N 300, think the wireless card was 150
