Temperatures are ok, maybe a little high if this is IDLE on a single card. But this is nothing to worry about. The fan speeds are most likely adjusted to the temperature, and 35% on 41 C is just fine.

If you want to be sure you're safe, you should stress-test your GPU by running an intensive program, like FurMark. When you do this, make sure you monitor your temperatures and fanspeed. If it reaches up to 80 C there would probably be something wrong.
