I know you highlited that you ONLY want to know which GPU is the best out of the stated ones , but they're all pretty useless. They're just a LITTLE BIT better than your integrated graphics in your CPU. If you want to see improvement in your games , then check out the HD 7750.
 
Out of the ones you listed the 630 is the best of them (not really saying much though). We don't know your PSU either so the 7750 would probably be your best bet (or 6670 if your PSU is kinda insufficient).
