I've recently bought a Phobya UC-1 Extreme http://www.aquatuning.de/product_info.php/info/p14516_Phobya-CPU-Cooler-UC-1-Extreme-Intel-775-1155-1556-1oe-2011---Brass-Edition.html and the fittings don't fit together.

The reason is, I have monsoon 19/13mm http://www.aquatuning.us/product_info.php/info/p13245_Monsoon-19-13mm--ID-1-2--OD-3-4---compression-fitting-straight---Black-Chrome.html.

I've talked with some specialists and they've told me that basically any extension that I would buy, (meaning these http://www.aquatuning.us/index.php/cat/c748_Extenders.html) it will leak eventually.

Now, I don't want to risk leaking in one particular spot, and thats the CPU wtlbk because I've got a 1,400$ card. Can anyone help me with this? (I feel grounded)

No reason I can see as to why you couldn't use some kind of extender or other angled adapter to offset the fittings. Rotary components do have a higher chance of leaking as you have to make sure theys are fully screwed in (which can be difficult to tell on double rotary pieces) but thats why you go through leak testing before the rig ever see's power.
Two of these, have them pointing in different directions and you'l be fine.

I don't trust rotary, if there's a chance they'll leak, I pass.
