Will an amd a8 5600k and nvidia gt630 2gb ddr3 work well and play new games?

First things first, don't get an APU if you can get an discrete graphics card.
Secondly, the GT 630 is slow and won't be able to play new titles.

You would be better off with a Athlon II X4 760K
