ASUS 770 DirectCU II OC vs MSI 770 Lightning

I've been looking around many different forums (including this website's forums) to find what gtx 770 the users recommend, and these two seemed to be on the top. I'm simply curious as to which card is considered better and why (I know both would perform basically the same since they're the same card, but what would the msi lightning card offer that the asus card does not)? Oh, and here are a few things to note about my decision for these cards:

- Price does not matter between these two cards (though I am curious as to why the msi lightning is more expensive than the asus)
- I will be doing minor over clocking (but won't go higher than 1080p resolution since after that you don't notice much quality difference imo)
- I plan to do SLI with these cards in the future (don't worry, I have the psu and mobo to cover this ;p)

I do understand that the r9 280x performs slightly above or on par with the gtx 770 AND is a $100 cheaper, but for now I just want to focus on which of these two cards to purchase
