I'm gonna make a custom built pc primary for gaming, but also to record gameplay, so i need to be able to play BF4 on high or above while recording using Mirillis Action! I also plan on overclocking the CPU up to 4,2ghz.
And maybe the GPU just a little.

What i want to know is, will this rig play bf4 while recording with 60+ fps stable?
If not, which parts should i upgrade, and why.
the parts that i plan on getting are listed below:

Case: Zalman Z11 Plus
Motherboard: MSI 990XA-GD55
CPU: AMD FX-6350 Black AM3+
Ram: Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3-1600 DC 8GB
PSU: Cooler Master B600 - 600W
CPU Cooler: Antec Kuhler h20 620 (liquid cooling)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic 3GB
Harddisk: Seagate 500GB SSHD (Already have this one)
