Can I point where I want to save my hybernation files like a back up 500GB HDD or the 32GB flash dirive I have installed?

The hibernation file (hyberfil.sys) is automatically saved to the boot drive. It has to be saved there, no way to avoid it other than to stop using hibernation mode and delete the existing file. You shouldn't need to use hibernation mode anyway if the boot drive is an SSD, normal startup should be reasonably quick as it is.

If you installed windows to the SSD then hibernation isn't even an option so I'm assuming you cloned it over and didn't follow the SSD best practices guide stickied at the top of this forum...
