How Do I Set Up a 3 Monitor Display?

I have a Gtx 760 4gb graphics card and Im going to be using 3 Asus 21.5 in Monitors. I was wonder, what kind of cables would I need to set this thing up? Also, do i just connect the cords to the graphics card then to the monitor?

The easiest will likely be an HDMI and 2 DVI, unless the monitors have displayport. And yes, plug all 3 into the GPU and then into the monitors, although you could run one or two off the onboard, you can likely just use the GPU's ports as you have plenty.
