Need Motherboard Drivers.

Hi people I'm learning about hardware and so far so good, but I recently learned that i need to upgrade/ install my Motherboard drivers for better stability. I have an old Compaq Presario with Windows XP 32bit. Can someone please show me how to download or buy a Driver Installation CD for my Motherboard? Compaq Presario 061

If you could tell me what your serial number is on the back of your laptop it would be easier to locate them
