If you know what they are, you make be able to find and remove them from the Programs & Features in the Control panel. You can also use www.revouninstaller.com It is FREE. Depending on what he put on there www.SUPERantispyware.com may find and remove it ( the FREE version ). One last option would be www.malwarebytes.org The FREE version.

If you are on a Mac look for the uninstaller program (usually in an uninstall folder with the program name). If there isn't one then find the program and drag it to the trash can. Make sure to empty the trash after doing so.
