Triple Monitor setup suggestions dual hd 7990 in quadfire

I recently purchased a gaming pc from CyberPower. It has dual Radeon hd 7990's in crossfire (quadfire lulz), an overclocked i7 4770k, and is watercooled. I want to use all of this this pcs graphical potential. So, what monitor would you guys/girls recommend? I am leaning towards getting 3 1920x1080p monitors, so what would be the cheapest option for a triple monitor setup? Thanks in advance.

Actually, I think I would be fine with one monitor but I don't know which resolution
