how can be removing therd switch?

I installed Win XP and Win7 eatch on other partition on same hard disk
but on starting computer there are three switches
1- Earlier Windows (win xp)
2- windows 7
3- windows 7 (do not work)
I want to remove the third choice
How can i remove it?

If the primary boot is XP, look for a boot.ini file and remove that last entry from there.
