Second monitor lags when I have a game in full-screen on monitor one Windows7

So I have two monitors and when I play any game in full-screen on monitor one the second monitor lags. For instance Minecraft full-screen on screen one and windows movie player on monitor two and the video looks very laggy.
PC specs:
i5 3570k @ 4.2ghz
8GB RAM
GTX 680 Signature 2 2GB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
3TB HDD
Corsair AX860

This is a known issue on Nvidia cards. Have you tried fresh install of the drivers after a registry sweep?

I'm sorry but I literally just fixed this. I right clicked on the desktop, went down to personalize and changed it to the Windows Basic theme and it works fine now! Sorry about this!

Jip, its an aero glitch with windows. Later drivers will help.
