Low budget flat screen?

Hello,
I am going to buy a new monitor to replace my current one (Samsung 943nw, 19" 1400x900). What monitor can you suggest for me from this list http://www.1a.lv/datortehnika/led_monitori/filter/141-810,812,807,30062,32650 ? My budget is around 85Ls (I live in Latvia, so our currency is Lats (Ls) ).

Well, it's a good monitor and for the price point it's a good deal. Also, I'd just pick up an hdmi cable (that's what I use and they work great).

Well, it's a good monitor and for the price point it's a good deal. Also, I'd just pick up an hdmi cable (that's what I use and they work great).

It doesn't have HDMI.
