Best time to buy computer components?

When is the best times to buy computer parts?
I am planning on building a new pc.
are the prices better during chrismas or blackfriday / cyber monday?

I live in the USA if it matters

Well since August has past i would say cyber Monday is the best time as i saw great deals last year.
