New graphics card and Power supply first (will take longer) or new peripherals (lower quality gaming, but more comfortable)

Which do i get first?

If I get a new graphics card first, then I also need to buy a PSU, which I can't afford at the moment, so this option will be longer, and no benefits short-term.
If I get peripherals first, I will be able to be more comfortable using my PC, but when I play games, the graphics will be on low settings for most games.

My friend said I could have his spare 4850, so that might be better than my Intel HD 4600 graphics that I use at the moment :p
