I bought Nvidia GT630 GDDR5 1gb ram card and it lists out till 2k resolution but without 1440x900
resolution which is my Lg Flatron w1934s optimal resolution is ......i tried many resolutions but didnt suit well for my screen.

My question is :
If i create custom resolution in nvidia control panel settings ....will it cause my graphic card ?
Because when i click customize...it shows it may cause damage to card and void warranty.

Anybody have personal experience

you must use optimal resolution for that display, using others make the image quality to fade cause its LCD tech (they dont get along well with other resolution than optimal). Old CRT tech use to fit any resolution, but LCD dont.

Why do you want to use a custom resolution if your screen is 1440x900? Or are you saying you don't have that option to use?

Try new video card drivers if you did not get the latest ones from nVidia.

Making a custom resolution won't hurt anything, but the computer should be able to detect your monitor resolution properly, 1440x900 is a very common resolution.
